Crisis pregnancy counselling is designed to help and support you in coping with your unplanned pregnancy. Counselling may be given by a qualified counsellor, a social worker or a trained volunteer depending on the service you go to. The counsellor’s training and skills will help you to explore your feelings about the pregnancy. The HSE fund services to provide free counselling to those experiencing a crisis pregnancy.
